You might be asking yourself, "How can I take care of myself?". Throughout life we change in many ways. Our body, interests, education, job, and even where you live can change. Taking care of your well-being means taking care of your sleep, eating food with good nutrition, exercising, family and friend, how you take care of yourself at school, what you do for fun, and my personal favorite is you time or quiet time. Make sure every day you ask yourself these 10 questions to make sure you are taking care of yourself effectively from the book "Just Be You" by Mallika Chopra.
1. Do I sleep enough?
2. Do I eat healthy food?
3. Do I move enough?
4. Do I have one or two good friends?
5. Do I have a good relationship with my family?
6. Do I try my best in school?
7. Do I like what I do outside of school? (these are extracurriculars or hobbies)
8. Do I like what I'm studying in school?
9. Do I have enough fun every day?
10. Do I have enough quiet time every day?
