Love for Yourself

On days where you don't really like yourself, are the days to treat yourself with the most compassion. Show yourself love and care and let yourself know you are perfect in whatever way you were made. Show yourself self-care by taking a nice hot shower, doing skin care, or simply just eating a good nutritious meal. Love yourself because I love you guys in any way, shape, or form.

Fuel Your Body

Some days we might not have the biggest appetite. We still need to fuel our bodies with nutrients. Make sure you are eating at least a light thing every 2-3 hours to help your body get the nutrients it needs. Drink 64 to 80 ounces a day especially if you are dehydrated or an athlete. Take care of yourself queens and kings because you only get one body and it's perfect just the way it is.

What Is Biology?

Biology is the study of life and living things called organisms. Organisms can be human, animal, or plants. In the end they all rely on each other for survival. Organisms grow, change, reproduce, and die.  This is called a Life Cycle, and every organism goes through one.  In addition, a specimen is a sample that you study in whatever type of Biology you are doing.  Scientists use microscopes and a slide to observe what is going on in the specimen.

Know Yourself

Sometimes we think we know ourselves, but we don't including me. You definitely know lot's of things about yourself, but there are so many more important things you could learn about yourself.  The main thing most people don't know about themselves is how they feel on a deeper level.  Brains are very good at knowing when you are upset or happy, but they are bad at knowing what's making you feel that way. A big part of philosophy is asking questions. Since we are talking about feelings this can look like Why am i upset? What made me this way? Who has me upset?.  We can work on knowing how we feel by starting to ask questions, and better explaining what we are going through.  Journaling can definitely help with understand emotions.

What is Philosophy

Philosophy is the love of wisdom. It can help you understand life in many different ways. It helps us live wise lives, while reacting to situations calmly and accepting the outcome. It helps to teach us wise ways to handle things. For example if your mom lost her car keys, she could either scream at people or handle it calmly by understanding that car keys get lost at times. Then she can move forward calmly. Philosophy helps us handle problems with out reacting to it in an aggressive way.
